The Scapulars have now been inserted and quills  put in all of the larger feathers.  Notice the pencil lines on the right.  Next, the bill, nares and jaws will be defined and the  mouth opened wider in a more defensive expression.  The eyes will also be installed.  This step defines the birds personality.
